Understanding your process need and providing the highest quality, professional service is why ISI’s customers have continued to support our success.   ISI was established in 1972 as a customer driven Service Company focused on partnering with our clients to improve and maintain their processes controlled by instrumentation.  We have grown over the years by continuing to focus on Customer Satisfaction, employing the Best of the Best People, using state-of-the-art test equipment, superior operating procedures and quality documentation.

ISI is not limited to servicing one industry, equipment manufacture or type of equipment.  We instead have focused our processes, training, and personnel to be applicable to all industry and processes.  This reduces the cost to our clients and provides a superior service.

ISI’s commitment to service and quality was established from the very beginning and has continued ever since.  Our growth and continued success is a direct reflection of the professionals at ISI partnering with our customers, over 900 strong and growing.  ISI’s accreditation to ISO17025:2005 and registration to ISO9000:2000 emphasizes our commitment to Quality and Service to our customers.
